Fall is here and that means pumpkin everything! This Pumpkin Bread recipe is simple to make, super moist, and sure to be a crowd favorite. Each slice will have about 25 mg of activated delta-9 THC after baking.

  • 1 ¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • ⅔ cup (133 grams) Sheesh! Moon Sugar
  • ½ cup (100 grams) Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ⅓ cups Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • ¼ cup Whole Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Prepare a standard bread pan (about 9" x 5") by lining with parchment paper or lightly coating with a non-stick oil.
  2. Sift into a large bowl the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. Lightly whisk to combine.
  3. In a second bowl, combine vegetable oil, Sheesh! Moon Sugar, and brown sugar. Lightly whisk together. Add eggs, vanilla, pumpkin puree and whole milk and whisk until smooth.
  4. Combine the second bowl with the first bowl and whisk until combined. Be mindful not to over whisk or you can lose some texture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the bread pan. It should self-level, but you can use a baking spatula to adjust to your liking. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, and then cover with foil and finish baking for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. When finished, remove the pumpkin bread from the oven and transfer to a rack to cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
