Shipping and Returns Policy
This Returns, Refunds and Shipping Policy (herein Policy) governs how Sheesh Candy, LLC (herein ‘site’ ‘we’ or ‘us’) handles returns, refunds and shipping. By completing a purchase through the site, you, the customer, acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service hotline at 833-674-3374 from 9a – 5p CST Monday through Friday or send an e-mail to support@sheeshcandy.com with receipt or proof of purchase and the reason you’re not satisfied.
We may request additional details, such as photos of damaged merchandise or for merchandise to be returned.
We will either exchange the product or provide you store credit to make a new purchase. This guarantee lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds
We will consider refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase on unopened and undamaged merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will confirm receipt of your return by e-mail and provide a written determination on the status of your refund. Accepted refunds will be processed within two business days and should arrive back in your account in 5 – 7 business days. Any store credit used with the order will be returned as store credit to your account.
If we do not accept your refund request, we will offer to exchange the product or offer an equal amount of store credit for a new purchase.
Recurring Charges
You are responsible for canceling any subscription.
Some products in our store may be purchased on a recurring basis at your request. If you choose to purchase a recurring subscription, your credit card information will be securely stored with our payment processor and drafted on the renewal date presented to you at checkout and on your receipt.
We make our best effort to notify you by e-mail before your subscription is billed. You should add support@sheeshcandy.com to your contact list to ensure our billing reminders do not go to your ‘spam’ folder.
We provide a grace period of two business days from the time your subscription is billed for you to contact us, either by phone or e-mail, and cancel your purchase. We will ship your product after the grace period if you have not contacted us or canceled your subscription.
All subscriptions can be easily managed and canceled by signing into your Sheesh! Candy account. You may also contact us by e-mail or phone to request help canceling a subscription.
Disputing a subscription charge through your bank without first contacting us may result in your access to our products and services being terminated.
Shipping
We use the United States Postal Service for shipping all orders.
Orders placed by 12 p.m. will be fulfilled and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be shipped on the following business day. The exceptions to this fulfillment window is subscription renewals, which we fulfill after two business days and summer months, in which we only ship perishable candies Monday through Thursday,
While Ground Advantage service is estimated at 3 – 5 business days, we cannot guarantee the arrival date or time of your order. If your order has not arrived within 14 days from the day it was shipped, please contact us so that we may investigate the issue. In the event your shipment is lost in the mail, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We do not replace merchandise that is lost or stolen after it has been successfully delivered by the US Postal Service.
