Sheesh! Moon Sugar is a new, first-of-its-kind ingredient made just for baking, candy making, cooking and hot drinks. For example, if you charge $1 for regular chocolate chip cookies, you might charge $1.50 for a chocolate chip cookie enhanced with Moon Sugar. Only you know the price sensitivity of your customers.

Yes. You will be unable to obtain a license if you have been convicted of a drug felony in the past ten years. You also can’t owe any fees to DSHS.

Generally, the process from the time the application is submitted until the license is received is about four weeks. Shortly after submitting license information, the primary licenseholder will need to visit a local state-contracted finger printing center where they can have their fingerprints taken for a background check. This background check only checks for drug-related felonies in the past ten years.

Your hemp license lasts 12 months from issuance. You can renew your license easily when the 12 months is almost through.
